Charmed Powers

Telekinesis

Prue was able to move things with her mind. At first she used her eyes, but as her power grew she could use her hands to channel her power.

This power was triggered by anger.

Astral Projection

As her powers grew, Prue received a new power - she could astral project herself. With this power she was able to move her astral body to another place.
This power was triggered by the need to be in two places at once

Molecular Inhibition (Freeze Time)

Piper has the ability to freeze time by slowing down the molecules of an object or a person. As her power grows she can now specifically freeze one person, even a part of it, or freeze one single object instead of the whole room.

This power is triggered by panic. As Piper gets control over her power she can trigger it whenever she wants to.

Molecular Combustion

Piper not only has the ability to slow down molecules, but she also can speed them up.

By speeding up molecules Piper is able to blow up things or Demons.

At the beginning she was afraid of her new power and could not conrol it, so she blew everything up instead of freezing it.

This power is triggert by emotions. By now Piper is able to control her power and blow up what she wants.

Premonitions

Phoebe is able to look back into the past and also into the future. This power is very helpful to the Charmed Ones, because Phoebe's Premonitions can tell them who their next innocent or maybe even enemy is.

Moreover Phoebe is more sensitive for feeling any kind of psychic energy, e.g. the presence of ghosts or other beings.

Her power is triggered when Phoebe touches an object or person.

Levitation

As her premonition power grows, Phoebe receives a new power - Levitation.
With this active power she can now levitate for a couple of seconds. Combined with her kick-boxing experience Phoebe is a very powerful threat to all evil beings.

At first she could only go up in the air, but as she gets control over her power Phoebe is now able to even fly some short distance.

Orbing

Paige is half a witch and half a whitelighter. So she has whitelighter abilities, too.

She has the power to orb herself. She is new to the craft and so she can orb herself only for a couple of seconds and only in the same place.

This power is triggered by fear.

Telekinetic Orbing

Like Prue, Paige has the ability to move things with her mind. But she does that differently than Prue did.

Paige calls for objects and the materialize in her hand or near her.

She can now control her power and is able to orb an object and leave it dematerialized in her hand, in order to throw it against a Demon or Warlock, e.g. an energy ball.

McGowan And Rodriquez Split?

Actress Rose McGowan has reportedly split from her moviemaker fiance Robert Rodriguez.

The director proposed to the "Charmed" actress in 2007, and has since cast her in a string of his projects, including films "Machete" and "Red Sonja."

But the pair has decided to end its relationship, according to Radaronline.com.
It was reported earlier this year that they had gone their separate ways, but Rodriguez dismissed the reports by confirming his engagement to his "Planet Terror" star.

Representatives for the couple had not commented on the latest split rumor as WENN goes to press.

McGowan 'breaks off engagement again'

Rose McGowan has broken off her engagement to director Robert Rodriguez for the second time.
The pair met in 2007 when the Charmed star appeared in Rodriguez's film Planet Terror. Soon after, the movie director divorced his wife of 16 years and proposed to McGowan.

The Hollywood couple split less than a year later but soon reconciled and were reportedly planning to wed later this year.

McGowan backed out of her engagement to rocker Marilyn Manson in 2001, blaming "lifestyle differences".

Media: September TV Preems to Watch

September means that the Summer season of reruns has come to a close. It also means it's the time for Americans to open their hearts to maybe finding a few good new shows to become addicted to. Generally speaking, we audiences aren't inclined to accept change in our daily routine. We like our old shows and don't want any new ones.

But there are a few worth paying attention to in the coming weeks. If it didn't star Rebecca Romijn and Lindsay Price, Eastwick (September 23) might be on the highly anticipated list. It’s based on the film of the John Updike novel. The film starred great older actresses Susan Sarandon and Cher, also Michelle Pfeiffer. The series had to make them younger and hotter, naturally, because they like to ruin our fun. It's not quite Charmed but it's not Desperate Housewives either. Still, it's one to check out. ABC.

If you've seen the promos for Community (September 17) you know it's kind of, sort of about community college. How boring can it be if it stars Chevy Chase? The show is getting 30 Rock's coveted spot Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. The writing had better be good, like as good as it is on 30 Rock or else no one will watch this. While there are plenty of "younger and hotters" to justify the expense, it isn't exactly Seattle Grace. NBC.

Cougar Town (September 23) stars Courtney Cox Arquette and is about an older woman looking for love with younger men. First off, can we banish the word "Cougar" from the English language? I'm sure that would make many of us jump up and down in our shapewear. Still, it's probably worth checking out if, for other reason, than to find ways to fill the time until the next episode of Hung. ABC.

Julianna Margulies is back on television with The Good Wife (September 22) wherein she plays the wife of a
jailed politician who must put her life back together. It also stars Chris Noth and Christine Baranski. It's probably too much to hope for it to be a mystery show. There are two few of those. It turns out, though, that it will be a sharp and suspenseful courtroom drama, and there are also too few of those.

Everything old is new again with the Jay Leno Show, which premieres September 14 at 9 p.m., Monday through Friday on NBC. It is very strange that this would be NBC's choice to air in prime time. Will it be the best thing ever to happen to NBC? How good can it possibly be to take up that much time? Are there really no better scripted shows to air in that time slot? Well, one thing’s for sure. Other than Bill Maher and a few others, there isn't anyone like Jay Leno on cable. Perhaps this is a way to lure viewers back to the big network.

Finally, ABC has Modern Family (September 23), a mockumentary style comedy lampooning the obsession with reality shows about families. ABC's website said it's part of the network's "Comedy Wednesdays."

There is something for everyone this month. Whether any of them will get picked up and continue is anyone's guess. My advice: don't get too attached.
